We have presiouly shown that PCH1 and PCHL regulate light signalling in plants by delaying inactivation of the photoreceptor phytochrome B. Here, we demonstrate that PCH1 and PCHL also inhibit negative regulators of light signalling by enhancing their interaction with phytochrome B.
