Call for abstracts

The STFI2017 organizing committee would like to invite you to submit an abstract for consideration for the symposium. Abstracts can be accepted either as oral or poster presentation. Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee of the symposium. If the corresponding author has already made a selection between oral or poster presentation, it will be considered by the committee. If the submissions are not accepted for oral presentation, the corresponding author will have the opportunity either to accept poster presentation or withdraw his/her submission. Presenting authors of selected abstracts must be registered at the symposium.

General remarks:

Abstracts shall not exceed 300 words (title and abstract content) written in MS Word or a compatible format. Please state the name(s) of author(s) [the name of presenting author should be underlined], institute, city, country and email address in your abstract.

New abstract submission deadline: August 31, 2017.

Please send your abstracts to abstract-symposium2017@bioss.uni-freiburg.de.

The corresponding author can indicate whether he/she wants to present his/her paper as oral or poster. The corresponding author shall register for the symposium in following 15 days after his/her abstract’s acceptance. Otherwise, the abstracts will not be included in the program. All accepted abstracts will be published in a special symposium booklet.
